Human Resources Department Facilitate the appointment, regrading, transfers, promotion and termination of employment;Manage and control the establishment of the Ministry.Facilitate training and development programs for staff;Coordinate the development of an efficient and effective personnel information system;Monitor the implementation of Results Based Personnel Performance Management and Staff Appraisal;Promote occupational health and safety, gender equity and workplace HIV and AIDS programmes;Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes; andManage information and communication systems including library and records.
